Just created this 2011 Acadian Recipe Calendar. This calendar would make a great gift for the coming holidays. I have added recipes for Quahawg pies, Apple pies, Clam Chowder, Chicken fricot, Cinnamon rolls, Bread pudding, Potato Pancakes, Poutine Rappee, Rappure pie, Fish Cakes, cooking Lobsters, and what the Acadians call Poutines a Trou.
I wanted to share this product with all of you because to be honest it took quite a while to create it.
Have a great day.
Chow
